I am really wondering about the fact that the mower A frame arms are 1.3 while the mower support arms are only 0.9". Is this common?

I am seriously thinking of spot welding the pins on. (I do use Loctite). I am going to look for hardened washers too.

I have not see any. I think with the two different size holes there is just too much play in there to stop it from wobbling. But maybe that is the intention of the design to allow movement. I might try to call Titan.....But It always helps to hear from real world end users than the factory...

I think if the screen is quite heavy you will be fine. BUT.....I think you will get frustrated with the polycarbonate getting dull and hard to see through real fast. I would just use eye protection and the screen and no plastic with the screen. Hope that makes sense.

I have a Titan 1206 Mower that I use with my JD 4520. I use Cat1 pins. The problem is that the lift pins on the mower are always coming loose. The mower holes are 0.9" and the Mower A fram arms are 1.3" I use a bushing in the A frame holes to reduce it down so the Cat1 pins will be tight...

I got my gauge today. I hope to test those lines to the steering cyl soon. Might be a week or so though. Ill post the results here after testing.

Thanks, I was pretty sure that would do it, just ordered one. It is a good idea to check that steering cylinder and the pressure to it before making the big decision to have a JD dealer replace the Steering Control Unit. That $1800 cost is a big dent in my wallet....

Update: I stopped in the JD dealer and talked with the guys at the service desk. They said it is not likely it is the Trans filter if the rest of the hydraulic system is operating correctly as it is all the same system. They said the two most likely culprits are: 1) The Steering Control...
