Hi, I have a similar IH sickle bar mover. It looks like your spring-loaded lock handle that clamps the pitman arm to the ball on the sickle blades is on backward. The handle should be facing back toward the pitman arm, not the way it is shown in the middle photo.
I'm looking for the IH model...
