PTO Shaft to Gearbox Bolts Keep Breaking!

Another possibility is the Shaft outside diameter is much smaller than the Collar inside diameter. This would allow excessive play in the joint.

PTO Shaft to Gearbox Bolts Keep Breaking!

I think it is similar to using a cold chisel to cut a steel rod. repeated blows cutting the loose bolt. The grain unloading drive on my JD 9500 only uses a 6mm bolt.

    Kerosene tractors- spark plugs?

Anybody using a backhoe attachment on their CUT?

I have a kubota b3030 with a bh77. It is not a case 580 or a an excavator. I think of it as a diesel powered shovel. Repairing tile blow holes and burying water lines are easier on my back.
