TCowner, you are correct, the shipping would put them out of my price range, you may want to advertise them to the little, (not small), tractor guys, hard to come by. New is also out of my price range.

TCowner Many thanks, sorry about not getting back with you, you are correct, the shipping would take away the cost. If I were you I would advertise them even if they are used, they are hard to come by and not real common. I think all the little 2 cyl. diesel tractors use them.
Hate to ask, but there are three return springs that go under the foot rest and hook to the back of the rest. One is for the clutch, second one is for the breaks, unknown where the third one goes. Manual I have does not show them.

In the process of reworking a Case 281 Hay Rake, 1960 series, it is single side delivery, Interesting drive system. In the pic I have the differential off to replace the bearings and seal. Next I will take the hubs off to make sure they are ok. Never owned a tractor or for sure not a hay rake...
