I have my dad's TC48DA tractor. I can get off the tractor and head to the house and hour(s) later the orange lights above the rear turn signals will turn on. The switch is off and I have not found an apparent cause. Has anyone else seen this that can direct me to the possible cause? Thanks.

I live in Wadesboro, NC. Hope someone can help me with my tractor issue. We have a New Holland, TC48DA. The yellow lights above the rear turn signals occasionally come on by themselves. I can't find any other info for troubleshooting on line so checking here with you all to see if someone...
