Should both rear wheels brake on a Yanmar 1602? Or just one?

I have a Yanmar 1602D and I noticed today when I hit the brakes (going down a slope), only the right wheel locked up. Should both wheels have brakes or just the one?

Loader  Would bad seals on a loader causing weak lift and humming?

Over the winter, I tore apart my Yanmar 1602D to fix manny of its problems. Ended up painting it, servicing everything, fixing boots, valves, etc. I ended up pulling the hydraulic rams off to reseal them as they all leaked. I was only able to get the snap rings off the lifting rams, not the...

I purchased the tractor with our new house so I did not get a chance to speak with the prior owner. It is a grey market one so everything is in a foreign language. Turning the key does not kill the engine. Only thing I found was pulling the decompression lever to kill it. Any other ways?

Last month, I disassembled my bucket loader and redid the seals in the two cylinders that lift the bucket. I attempted to disassemble the bucket cylinders that tilt the bucket but the snap ring was too tight and rusted to remove. So after about 2 weeks(it took awhile to get the parts), I...
