We started getting snow in the hills a couple weeks ago. It melted off but the weather is changing fast! Our two seasons here in western WY are winter and prepare for winter.

I use a 3-point pusher snowblower because the drifts get too high to drive thru.

We do wood and metal snow fences along the highways where drifting is prominent. I've tried vinal snow fence in the past. Sometimes it helps but often it's not effective enough against our winds for the cost and necessary annual repairs.

A cabbed NX6010 was $9,500 more than the open station model. That can buy a lot of implements. I don't mind the cold or snow and the summers here are usually 80's to low 90's. So I just use a canopy and I wired in a 12v plug for a seat heater. I'll wire in a fan next year.
