I have a 1994 Ford 3930 diesel with 4000 hrs. I was having some steering problems ( hard to turn, unresponsive at times). So I changed everything Hydraulic pump, Steering motor, rebuilt the cylinder. Now it is harder to turn, like there is no assist at all from the hydraulics. Any thoughts on...
