That has some merit. I have a lot to do so maybe I can find a used wench and rig up a way to start/stop from the seat

The instructions say with a gear transmission these stump grinders are more difficult to use. Has anyone used this type of grinder with a gear transmissions? Is it that difficult to ease the tractor through the stump? Is there a trick to it?
