    Sharecropping question

Sure, how about in Illinois. Just an FYI, I tried to survey some local farmers and all I heard was what they want to do, as if I'm offering up new property. I don't feel I received honest answers to my question. I posted here thinking no one is bound to anything and might be more forthcoming.

    Sharecropping question

I am interested to know from anyone who does sharecropping or owns farm ground and has someone else farm it on 1/3s, are you doing a pure 1/3 to land owner and 2/3 to farmer? When I say 'pure' I mean the complete 1/3 to land owner without any expenses taken out.

Big Tex Dump Trailer stolen from ranch early this morning...

I'm on a dead end road and always take a photo of anyone, including license plate and vehicle, I find on or parked near my property. I make sure they know I took their photo too. No reason to hide it so they know I can find out who they are.

Shear Bolt Broke On New Deck. PTO Shaft & Gear Box Holes Don't Align.

Be sure to engage the PTO at the lowest engine RPM possible. The impact load/ shear stress on that bolt when starting from a dead stop at too high RPM's can be much higher than from blade contact with a solid object at operating speed. I have an LX5 that likes to eat the same bolt if not...
