    Leaking cylinder on log splitter.

    Upon removal of the cylinder I found it is a plug that takes hex head, the plug is 1.25" and I think I see a bit of a seal pushed out of the threads. You should be able to see a little black thing coming out of the threaded portion.

    Leaking cylinder on log splitter.

    I just replaced a leaking hose and now the cylinder leaks from what may be a vent at the fixed end of the cylinder. Especially when retracting after fully extending the piston. It is a Chief 214428 cylinder. I can't find any exploded drawings. What is going on?
