It ended up being debris in the fuel tank. A small piece of leaf would block off the fuel inlet.

Unfortunately, its just me so I cannot check the shut-off solenoid while still seating on the mower, in my cab. Hopefully it is what the dealer thinks. If not, I'll have to figure out how to get someone out there with me to check the solenoid when it shuts off. thanks

Called my dealer. There is a recall out on the F3990 units with the regen. So they are going to take a look as they think it may be the cause of the problem. I'll update.

When I turn it, it feels like it is has detents in it. All others I've used a smooth. If there is any weight on the it, I have to use two hands and/or put the implement on the ground to remove some of the weight.

I installed my new windshield. Here is a picture of the lever and how close it gets to the windshield when the deck is all the way up. I decided to remove the lever and the gas cylinder as I only need them when I replace the lawn mower blades.

It was up, I was wondering the same thing. That little handle you pull to tilt the deck can get pretty close to the windshield.
