Locating the zerk fittings on my JD 2210 drive shaft forward u joint has become difficult. I have posted pics that possibly someone can help me out. 3 of the pics are the u joint side away from the engine and one is from the engine side. Thanks for any info possible.

John Deere Parts Catalog Tractor is JD 2210 with 1150 hrs. Attached is a parts drawing from JD of which I am replace #18 Sleeve, 19 bushing, and 20 which is the seal. I am hoping the attached parts diagram and tractor pics can be seen. If not I will try something else.

I am new to tractors and this site but I need help. My tech manual is on its way but while I am waiting: 1. Do I drive the sleeve onto the steering axle dry or use lube of any sort? 2. Do I drive the seal into the housing dry or apply a lube? 3. Lastly do I drive the seal into the housing...

New to this site and looking forward to getting and giving as much help as possible concerning my John Deere 2210 compact tractor. I am not a good mechanic, more like I am just not a mechanic but do seem to struggle through problems and get them resolved
