    Thanks to all for the help and suggestions. Turns out the Positive battery cable was showing 68 to 105 ohms. Ordered new cable and all is well.

    Ye did the testing and the positive battery cable was bad. Showed 60 to 105 ohms therefore a big voltage drop. Ordered new cable and bingo all is well. Thanks to all for the help and suggestions.

    Problem solved friends. I checked the Positive cable and low and behold I had 68 to 105 ohms. Bingo voltage drop here. Ordered new cable from Messicks installed and problem solved. Thanks to all for the suggestions and ideas. All appreciated. It took some time to get back to all of you due...

    I should also note that replaced the negative battery cable and then had all lights work on the dash when key turned to ON position. As soon as turn to START everything goes off. When key goes back to ON position only have fuel gauge and very dim oil light on.

    No not seeing that light cycle. As soon as the key is turned to start--nothing.

    Finished putting in new fence posts for day and picking up tools. Turned key to start heard one click and then nothing at all. Towed tractor to barn took covers off and started testing. Battery was over 2.5 years old, so replaced it same thing. Went to battery chassis ground and removed it...

    What can I run with a mid pto besides a belly mower? Also if I have a mid pto and the rear pto shouldnt I have a pto lever for both in the left control pod?

    Post Hole Digger

    New Holland Brochure does not list a post hole digger for the TC40D is this correct you can't use the 906 post hole digger with a TC35D and up?

    L3410 do I feel stupid!!

    I posted a price on a new L3410 with loader at $15500 cause when it was priced they listed $19200 as price less discount. What I thought was discount cause it had minus sign in front was actually down payment leaving $15500 to finance. Boy do I feel stupid when I went back.....However, $19200...

    Cany anyone help with thoughts about doing my own excavation for 3 bedroom home on 9 Acres of pasture I have. Will be buying tractor for use in maintaining property for horses. Will need loader, mower, some tillage. I was thinking that possibly I could use tractor to excavate for the basement...
