    Kioti zero turn mowers

Ive been very pleased with my ferris this summer. It cut my mowing time from 8 to less than 2 hours. Im looking forward to using the bagger attachment to suck up all the leaves that are sure to start falling in a week or two

    Kioti zero turn mowers

I've been really happy with my Ferris. It handles the bank behind the barn reasonably well, I had to switch to some more agressive tires as the turf tires just wouldn't stick if there was any moisture at all. I've gone from almost a full day with the old simplicity to just under three hours with...

    Kioti zero turn mowers

I had considered those just for the slope behind my barn. I couldn’t find one anywhere to take a look at. I watched several videos and they seem to be very good on the steep slopes.

Looking for advice on zero turn mower

the local kubota dealer that I’m not a huge fan of sells the gravely mowers. I stopped in there to put eyes on several brands at the same time. They had kubota, husqvarna, Wright, and Gravely machines on the floor. I was very impressed with the gravely machines, they were very well built and...

Looking for advice on zero turn mower

Yes the fellow I bought it from had sold a large property in Gilford and moved to a home in an association that does all the outside maintenance for you. He had recently sold his excavation business and knew the value of buying good machinery up front and then taking care of it. This machine...

Looking for advice on zero turn mower

Thanks! Agreed on the cost but I think in the long run it’s money well spent. This machine should have durability to last many many years the way I’m going to use it plus the time it’s going to save me has value too. Whether it’s time I’m able to use to make a few bucks or time I use to go...

Looking for advice on zero turn mower

I have a reasonably flat area, it’s wet in places now as it’s mud season here. In a week or two when it’s dry I’m going to use the bagger and dethatching rake to start cleaning up for spring. There is one slope behind my barn that is in question. I’ve measured it at 18* and the mower says 15*...

Looking for advice on zero turn mower

i bought the used ferris i mentioned in a post earlier in this thread. It seems to be a top tier mower, and given the acessories that the buyer threw in i thought it a great deal. I got the 52" IS 2100 and got the turbo pro max bagger and a small trailer and a blade sharpener and a few other...

    Kioti zero turn mowers

I wish i could say but once i get a chance to run mine a bit i'll let you know. It's going to be a couple months before we get a chance to really put it hrough its paces. I would suppose its all going to be dependent on your field and how rough it is. I watched a ton of videos on you tube while...

    Kioti zero turn mowers

Glad to hear Ferris is staying around as I bought the Ferris IS 2100 I went to see last Friday. I was concerned about availability, several of the dealers I had gone too mentioned issues keeping mowers in stock. I really like the look of the Ferris mowers I saw at the dealer and when I looked at...

    Ferris ISX-2200 zero turn mower

Carl, I was at a Ferris dealer earlier this week and they had the new ISX 2200 in the showroom, the price for just the mower was 11,599. i figured with the collection system and the other goodies you'd be pretty close to 15K to buy it brand new.

    Ferris ISX-2200 zero turn mower

I'm sorry i wasn't clear in my other post, I did buy it; it was too good a deal to pass up. It was more money than i had wanted to spend but i think this is one of those cases where spending more is going to be better in the long run.

    Ferris ISX-2200 zero turn mower

Well I went and looked at the Ferris, it’s as good as brand new, the nubbies are still on the tires, it’s literally spotless. Runs great, everything works as brand new. It comes with the “turbo pro max” three bag collection system , de thatching rake, a liquid fertilizer tank/spray bar...

    Ferris ISX-2200 zero turn mower

Im going to look at a used Ferris 2100 today. Its a homeowner owned unit, 2020 model year with 26 hours on it. It has a dethatching rake and a three bag fan assisted collection system. The guy is asking 8250 for it. Is this a reasonable price? I see the new 2200 lists for well above that but im...

Looking for advice on zero turn mower

I’m going to look at a used Ferris tomorrow, it a IS 2100 with the fan assisted bagger and a dethatching rake. It has 26 hours on it, it looks to have a Briggs engine but no oil guard system . What do you think is a reasonable price to offer if it’s as nice as it looks in pictures?

    Kioti zero turn mowers

thats the kind of time reduction I’m after. Which Ferris did you buy? There’s a IS2100 on Craigslist that I’m going to see tomorrow. It’s a bit too larger I’m thinking, it’s got the bagger with the fan assist and a dethatcher and only 26 hours on it

Looking for advice on zero turn mower

There is a big kubota dealer about 10 miles from here; but I (and every one I know) hates to buy from them as they are terrible to do business with. There are other kubota dealers but they are more distant, about 40 miles or so. I’d be glad to buy a kubota, but it wouldn’t be from my local...

Looking for advice on zero turn mower

Im in the market for a zero turn mower. I’m on the list to demo a Kioti zero turn when my dealer gets them in. In the mean time I’m looking at other brands available locally and I’d love some input on these mowers as I’ve never owned or operated one. I’m mowing about 2.5 acres weekly in the...

    Kioti zero turn mowers

I’m finding out just how many there are, it’s like buying a snowmobile back in the seventies, there must be twenty names to choose from. Now I’m finding that there are a bunch of makes coming from the same parent Corp, Toro also makes Exmark, simplicities are really just rebadged Ferris mowers...

Thanks Boss! I haven’t been able to see one my dealer has none and can’t say for sure when he’ll get any. He’s hoping for April and he’s got me on the list for a demo, I have a fairly steep hill behind my barn that I want to make sure it will handle .

https://www.superbrightleds.com/moreinfo/rocker-pushbutton-remote-switches/led-rocker-switch-with-legend/1875/ I used these switches when I added lights to my CK 2610. They fit perfectly and look like an OEM installation on my machine. Hopefully they work for you

    Kioti zero turn mowers

Good morning, my simplicity riding mower (mid 90’s regent with a 38” deck) finally died on me at the end of last years mowing season. I’m seriously looking at buying a high end residential zero turn mower. Presently I’m mowing around 2.5 acres with the simplicity directly around the house and...

Wallenstein FX 8000 skidding winch questions

So I got the bits and pieces all screwed back together where they belong. I had spent a good amount of time straightening the badly damaged protective screen only to find that when nearing the top of the three point travel it was going to hit my canopy. So off it came and I leaned the top 8 away...

Thinking of a KB 2475L backhoe for my CK2610 any thoughts?

So my wife and I are discussing the projects we壇 like to do around our new home and we are discussing buying a backhoe. We skipped the backhoe last fall when we bought the tractor but now that the old house is sold and we have a better idea of what we want to do a backhoe is looking a lot more...

Good morning , my wife and I will be moving to a new home in a week or so.
