What's the best 12V DC power source for my fueling station?

I have a 100 Gal tank that I use for my tractor. I just use a spare battery and charge it when it gets low.

    Backhoe vs Tractor with backhoe

Midsized tractor at best and rent a backhoe/mini-excavator when needed.

Will cutting brass with steel cause a spark?

you might want to turn that propane tank into a diesel storage tank instead of ruining it by putting holes in it. may not be able to hold propane pressures but should be fine to hold a non-pressure liquid?

Buying Advice Cab or no cab?

At your age, a few years older than I, get the cab! Cool when you need it in the summer and warm in the winter. you will be able to use it more. I purchased a used tractor with a cab and haven't regretted that decision (been about 4 years now)! Good Luck in your search for the right tractor!

    Recommended Tractor for 4.5 acres

I am sorry that your tractor has needed the dealer so much. I haven't had mine into the dealer since I bought it.

    Recommended Tractor for 4.5 acres

Not sure if you have considered them or not but I own an LS tractor and have been happy with it. I bought mine used about 4 years ago with just under 500 hrs I have currently close to 1000hrs. I have had no issues with it and it is a 2013 72HP as I have 80 acres and most is still wooded. I think...

Looking to buy my first tractor

I have ~80 acres and when I looked at a 40hp compact tractor I knew it would not do the kind of work I was going to need to do with it. There are many things to consider, one of which is what are you trying to accomplish with your property. I have ~40 acres of fairly dense woodland and about 30...

    Battery powered chainsaw

I own a Kobalt 80V chainsaw as well as the corresponding 10' limb saw. I currently own 2 batteries and if cutting something like a 12-14" tree and a new/newly sharpened chain I can get through it with one + battery charge depending on the tree species. the harder the wood less cutting it can do...

    Clamp on pallet forks

I bought pallet forks originally as well and they worked pretty well for some lighter loads. I have a 100Gal tank that I carry in my truck to get diesel and found that the forks would bend my bucket a bit with that kind of load approx. 1000lb of load plus they bounced a lot. I had to use a 3/8...

    Another confused first timer

As far as your choice of brands I have looked at a few small LS Tractor combo's several months ago at about 18K in your HP range (Frontend loader and back hoe attachment I think). Look into LS tractors. Although they are a South Korean brand they are built in the Georgia plant. I own a LS7010...

Alternative to EA 55 Inch Wicked Root Rake Grapple ?

I have several EA attachments and I am pleased with everyone so far. Yes they are more expensive but the quality and workmanship is second to none. I have a landscape rack that I bought from them and it is pretty beefy and has allowed me to gather downed tree limbs in close to one felled swoop...

Should I cab or not. Getting ready to buy

CAB! I purchased a used CAB tractor and I haven't been sorry. I don't have to contend with dust/grass/hay/insects & other particles when cutting plus I stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer and well as clean as possible doing outside work.

Is this what a tire plug looks like?

Obviously not a new tire. Take it back to the dealer.

    Box blade

When I was looking at box blades someone here told me weight is by far everything, heavier is better. I bought an "Everything Attachment" but had looked at the Woods brands as well. I have had mine for about 2 years now and have had no issues and certainly I agree with the original statement...

Which 7' Box Blade to get?

I have been looking at several different box blades and saw more than I can even think about however one equipment manufacturer that stands out is EA. of course pretty pricey maybe but certainly not too bad I suppose. Guess when I stepped up over 60HP things seem to be much more expensive and I...
