    PTO locked up

B23 Kubota tractor with the pto stuck. It's between the rear pto and the front underbelly pto and I can't move it. I'm afraid to really push it hard as it may snap the handle. Hopefully someone has either experienced this before or has an idea how to get it moving. Thanks in advance.
