There are two filter housings. The manual does not indicate which has the air breather screw or where it is. I assume it would be on the air separator housing since it is higher in elevation? There is a phillips head bolt on the side of the air separator housing. Would that be it? Here are photos.

Where is the fuel filter air breather screw that the owners manual mentions? Changing both fuel filters tomorrow and the manual sucks. Any tips/instructions for this procedure would be much appreciated. I realize having air in the system will cause major problems, and I'm a bit concerned about that.

I wonder the same thing. Mine is fraying on the bottom but I think that is from it rubbing against the tire when I make a sharp turn. Do the actual rubber hoses deteriorate quickly in the sun? Would the covering help shade the hoses?

Update: I cleaned and washed the condenser coils. Air conditioning blows only mildly cooler air than outdoors. Something is the matter, but there must be a little bit of refrigerant still left.
