I have a leak on top of the control valve, around one of the spools. Does anybody know if it is serviceable from the top or has to drop out the bottom ? Thanks

I know this is old but maybe somebody will see it..if the valve is leaking from the top, is it serviceable from the top or has to be dropped from the bottom ?

One of my spools is leaking from the top. I found the thread about the o rings. Any new information? My question is..is it serviceable from the top by just taking the lever off and removing that plate ? And while we are here, how do you get the stabilizer levers off to replace the boots ...

are they both supposed to be straight and parallel ? I tried searching some images. some of them actually looked like one of the pulleys was twisted,other were perfectly straight. it has obviously never been broke or welded and the arm is not twisted. it is just welded on the shaft crooked
