I demo’d quite a few mowers on my often damp and steep hills on my property (Ventrac was outside of my budget), nothing compared to the commercial, steering wheel equipped CC. I have no complaints and zero regrets with my purchase. But, a diesel option would be hillside mowing nirvana! Mike

I think it’s definitely worth getting a quote on both tractors. If you don’t know already, the Bobcat CT2025 is basically the same as the Kioti CK2620. So, you may also want to price out the Kioti too. Mike

Well, it could still be the right tractor if you choose to modify the L2501. My L2501 is equipped with a Turbo Kit and produces 44 HP and 35 PTO. With the Turbo, the L2501 produces more than enough power and continues to be just as reliable as stock. Mike

My L2501 has been a great tractor, has accomplished virtually every task I’ve asked of it and is super reliable. Yes, due to its power output, it isn’t equipped with DPF or DEF emissions equipment, which is nice. I’d highly recommend it! Mike

Congrats on the fuel mod. Please….Monitor your EGT’s. Do not tune your tractor/engine by sight alone. Most folks are shocked when they learn the temps they’re running after a simple fuel mod when there’s a heavy load on the engine, especially if you’re operating your tractor above sea level. Mike
