Does any one make decals for a case ih 265 offset tractor? I have one that I want to restore

I have a case ih 265 offset, the mid cultivators raise and lower , the 3 point hitch quit and will not raise and lower.The rate of drop valve is open , no oil comes out of the plugs where the lock valve is located. Any suggestions
