For something like that you will need what is called a slip-clutch. It is installed on the implement's PTO driveline.

Also, it is not necessary press the clutch on tractors with an independent PTO. That is a habit that has carried over from the old style live PTO and is no longer necessary.

If you have any implements that require a PTO speed other than 540, download the Yanmar Owner's App. It has a PTO Speed Calculator. Enter your model, which PTO selection (540/540E in this case), and desired PTO speed. It will tell you where to set the engine speed.

That is the filter for the YT and YM tractors. The dealer probably grabbed the wrong one or the wrong one was packed in the kit.

If the sound goes away when you put the PTO under load there is not an issue. The design of the PTO clutches gives them a little slip when they are not under load. If the sound remains once you hook up an implement and put it under load, you should see your dealer.

Make sure to engage the PTO with the engine near idle and then slowly raise the engine speed to the rated speed (540 PTO rpm = 3120 engine rpm). Engaging at full speed will break sheer bolts.

WR Long is not a Yanmar kit. The fittings you have are not compatible with the tractor. The fitting style is ISO 5675 on the tractor.

There is a neutral on the reverser lever, one on the range selector, and one on the main shift lever. That would be a total of 3 places to put the tractor into neutral. All shifting is designed to use the clutch, the range selector requires the tractor to be stopped.

You are not required to use the clutch to change between forward and reverse, however you are required to slow down. You do have to use the clutch and stop to change ranges.

Look at the location of your exhaust on the tractor and compare to the location of the exhaust on your truck. Also, no DPF, no regeneration cycles=no additional heat.
