    I got it fixed! It was the main ground coming off the negative terminal. I learned that by checking another ground 12" away and it only had 5 volts. Took out the main ground bolt, cleaned it up, and screwed it back in. Dash lit up and it fired right up. I can't thank you enough...

    The fuses I found/checked were a 100 amp fuse at the battery, 2 60 amp fuses near the starter, and the fuse box under the left steering column panel. Thank you.
