Just wanted to circle back on this to say thanks for the help identifying. It sold and was picked up today to have a new life somewhere else.

Found this on youtube and now it makes sense! So the pulley thing attaches up front and then those "L" things are for the rockshaft.

oh wait "Front End Loader"? maybe? It's interesting because it does have a spot in the center top of the blade to attach a cable or something. Wonder what those brackets and lines are running off it then or if that somehow attached up front.
