Good deal! I’m in Kentucky

I picked this little rascal up for a decent price to do a little work around the newly acquired farm… I’d like to have a ROPS… can one be installed on this particular model? Also where do you recommend I look online if anywhere? Thanks.

D4D is cat, yes. It’s a pretty stout dozer though, I’ve seen them run, they’ll push over trees fairly easy. 90 HP and I think around 20,000 pounds I’m not logging and pushing over sequoias or anything. Good to know that parts availability is presumably a little better with Cat than the others...

Wow that is one big dozer… thanks for the insight… may have a lead on a D4D that works as it should… any insight on these machines?

I hope this is allowed here as it is a dozer… but I’m in the market for a dozer and came across a case 1150 probably from the early 70’s (I’ll include pictures). Seller says it runs good and undercarriage is 80-90%… would this be a good buy? How are parts availability? I’m looking for a dozer...
