Sorry if I'm repeating what someone said due to not reading all of the conversations. I have a Rhnno 12TS that would bind when raised completely on one side. Turned out to be the PTO shaft for that wing. It was bent just enough to cause a problem when fully retracted.

After contacting Bryan 45 about his clutch slipping I checked my clutch linkage and found my cable outer jacket had split and was allowing the actual cable to slip out like a hernia. A temporary fix eliminated the slipping issue and now I'm waiting for a new cable to arrive. Thanks Bryan 45!
