A couple of weeks ago I purchased 2 side plates for a scrape blade I bought from them a year or so ago. I got no complaints with either transaction.

I am wanting to buy a telehandler that I can change the attachments on the front end. I have seen a lot of the Kalmar RT-022, ex military rough terrain forklifts for sale at a decent price. Can you change the forks to a bucket or grapple? Or even better, install a quick attach plate on it.

I recently bought a 26’ 16k gooseneck with a tilt deck. It’s got a wireless remote, so I can drive my equipment to the back up the trailer, hit a button to tilt the deck, drive up the trailer, hit a button and lower the deck. Chain her down and gone. No more wrestling with the ramps. Easy peasy.

I always assumed the ”backseat” was for tool storage. Not sure if I have ever had a passenger back there. It stays laid down and full.

I have a rake for my KX040, I’m in the process of cleaning up a lot of mulching debris. if you decide to get one, I would recommend Showtime Fabrication. Also have a disc mulcher from RUT manufacturing, have not had the chance to use it yet.

i’m building a road through a swamp right now. The top layer of the ground is like a soufflé, and if you break through the top layer, you are going to be stuck in a bottomless pit. This is all new to me, so it’s been some trial and error. But the road fabric has been the answer so far.

I would lay down some geotextile fabric before you put down new material. I am currently building roads through some very wet, swampy terrain. The fabric makes a huge difference in keeping the new material from sinking into the muddy mess.

I guess my question is more about the pin grabber style coupler, not necessarily pin size or spacing. I have read that some other brands came factory with that type. Just not sure of exact models to be looking for. I believe Bobcat, Caterpillar, and Takeuchi may have that type coupler?

Maybe they build their small trailers to a different standard. I’ve never paid attention to the smaller ones. That’s actually good info to know because I am in the market for a smaller utility trailer. But I do know that their bigger 14k and above trailers are rock solid.

If you pay attention to the “hot shot” commercial haulers in the southeast U.S., you will notice that Big Tex is probably the dominant brand. They make a very good quality trailer.
