    I would do both live auction and on line. I been to a lot lately and we are doing downsizing too. Because we live in a rural area, any of the market site and Kijiji don't work because people like to be close to the pick up point.

    I got rid of my 2006 F150 supercab with an eight foot box and it took me 3 years to find a newer one (2014) and I had to get from another province. I was thinking of trading it in on a new model but the price and an eight foot box is crazy.

    Home Built Grader

    I had a small grader like this for our campground. It was called a "Basic". A John Deere 3 cyl diesel engine. Worked like a champ. When I worked for highways dept, we called them asphalt graders.

    I had a campground that needed fence , lighting and sign posts. I did it all with an 8". I never used cement or foam. Packed the soil with a tamper (2 x4) and they are all still standing 28 years later
