Got the radiator hose fixed just did a splice of 2 hoses and some tubing. The tractor runs now and does not over heat temp at 176 . Also just taped the wire and plugged into the alt and charging battery at 13+ vdc

Thanks , I'm still looking for a lower radiator hose and can't find one. I just got the parts book and it calls for a number 68401-00300. I tried on line search and no luck , any ideas ???

How do you change from 4 wire to 2 wire ? which 2 do you use and what do you do with the other 2 ? What about using a 1 wire ?

I may have a document coming from valley power with some hoses

Back working on my project tractor . I got the water pump back from rebuilder , now I need some hoses. I do not have anything to go by except the engine is a 2DR5 . I do not have the old hoses so I need a part number to be able to find them as the parts stores are no help

I need to know the wiring for this connector , not sure if I can make out the colors so may have to trace

More on my project , still waiting on water pump to come back. The connector to the altenator is sun damage as far as falling off , so I'm looking for a replacement connector. The connector is 4 wire and that back of altenator looks like this

The number that I have found is 34145-70010. I have not found any listed for that number. I can't get mine fixed I will go to making an electric pump to work

Is there a way to tap into the hydraulic system on this tractor to add the FEL ?

I found a guy that says he maybe able to fix what I have. I'm hoping he can do it if he does I will share his info

Here is a good picture of the water pump , but so far no one has it . If I can find one that will bolt up I maybe able to make a pulley that will work

So far today I got all the fuel lines replace and bleed and now it will start , but will not turn off with key. You can say one step forward and one back

well the new cables help to get it to turn over fast enough for it to start on starting fulid Now when I get the new fuel lines on we will try to get it to run on diesel. I still do not have a water pump , but it should run enough to see it move.

Today I got some new battery cables and cleaned the battery terminals , but it is just to hot to work outside now. More latter I hope

Put a battery in , but does not turn over very good. Is there a way to put some oil in the cylinder ? if it was a gas engine I would just pull a spark plug. Do I pull out the injectors, or is there a glow plug that I can remove

Put some junk tires from a VW buggy so I could get it off the trailer. Now I need to move some stuff around so I can it it to my work area.
