the engine was running and it just shut off, no it did not run out of fuel reread my intital post

i have a ditch witch 2310 that all of a sudden shut down and wont start. It has a half tank of fuel, i took all fuel lines off and blowed air through them, cleaned the fuel bowl thats on top of the tank install a new fuel filter, bypassed the fuel shut off valve, lift pump is working and its...
