Update, I reached out to Michigan Iron and Equipment and the part# in case anyone is interested is: T2350-60434BB Price is just a tick over $30 so not bad. I ordered a new lever and two new roll pins. I think I may do as you did Bloodyrun and tack weld it into place after I install the new lever.
