Wow, I never knew that was an issue. Long term could this cause any damage to the hydraulic system? For now, I'm going to keep and eye on it and see if it gets any worse.

My MT240 has a noticeable hydraulic squeal at startup. It only happens for a few seconds and when the tractor has been sitting for a few days. Is this a common issue? Not exactly sure on the height that the tractor can lift the mower. Last time I had the mower connected to the tractor it was about 11 feet from the middle of the rear wheel to the end of the mower.

Yeah, I fear it caused some serious damage. The volunteer said he ran it until It began knocking and was low on power. This is why I never share my personal tractors, ATVs, or Trucks. Good question. I checked the oil before I started it, and it was on the dipstick but a little low. I honestly doubt it has been changed since they bought the mower two years ago. I'll probably do an oil change on it tomorrow afternoon.

As crazy as it sounds, I think the fraction of an inch movement in the loader is just because of the design. I probably won't worry about it, I was just seeing if anybody else's loader did the same thing.

Here is the link to a crappy quality video showing the loader. I don't like doing this, but I used the loader to lift the front end of the tractor. You can see the loader move backward a little if you watch closely. Ok, I think I just fixed the link.
