There is no safety pin holding it in place,,,

Bucket movement is proper,,,

Outriggers raise and lower properly,,,

Front end loader works, that is separate hydraulic system,,,

No pin holding it

I fluid is clean and filled, just tapped the valves lightly with hammer, upper end moved slightly, couple inches two or three times now nothing again,

By the way guys when I pull back on the lever to raise the upper part of arm the pump is struggling to move fluid an the ram extend about 1/2"
