Put your new chain into the grease so it could penetrate. Remove chain from grease and wipe off excess grease.

Does the pump get noisy or growl when trying to lift a load on the 3 point? If yes this would point towards pump be starved for oil.

I would probably start with the neutral safety switch as lots of issues are reported going bad and shifting to be out of alignment.

If the spool moves then I would swap the lift hoses with the curl hoses and see if the loader lifts and lowers when I move the joystick left and right. If it does, then try moving the joystick forward and back and see if it curls.

You will have to bend it yourself, which isnt hard, just be careful not to kink it. If you dont have a bender, bend it in small increments and a larger radius.

You have an up draft carb on that. Carb, timing, points, and valves. I'll guess two of those ain't right. Leave the valves alone until you learn how to check them. Nox Vidmate VLC

The base is pretty large so you would need a suitable place to put it on your tractor. Now, if you set up whatever fluid you were wanting to use in the tipper on a workbench, then dump it into a smaller secondary container it would work for your uses.

Maybe loosen up the banjo fitting at the pump while the key is on to see if fluid comes out?

That made a HUGE difference in the temps I saw afterward. I had my radiator out of the Ford while restoring. I made it a point to spray it with a cleaner and let it soak. I used a soft "bench brush" to clean between the fins.
