thanks ,been my experience sometimes the parts diagrams will trick ya but yea they will give a idea how it works (in theory) .nothing can come close too knowledge on how to get to those parts in those diagrams ,thanks for that .

thanks for the files there are a bunch of specs i didn't have in there ,hard to find anything on those little tractors as far manuals and specs ,seems like everyone told me there are none so the only option is go in and find it and that can be the long way around sometimes ,or it seems so for me...

first thought was maybe a adjustment somewhere that was out although i had plenty of pedal ,well didn't help so i took the plugs out of the bottom thought maybe my dry brakes were wet brakes now ,nope no gear oil in there, pondered on it a bit so got the idea to take a mechanics scope and look...

i have a old 254 notrac/jinma it has the friction disc type brakes ,dont expect it to slide the tires like power brakes but at least slow me down a little ,anyone got any thoughts or mods on the braking systems on these things ,don't much like stopping it with the FEL, gonna have to get a new...

that was what i didnt want to do was get to much fuel to it and wash the cyl. or get the wrong pattern and hurt more than help .have learned some very expensive lessons on changing fuel ratios

as far as torque specs i have none i have been tightening to (GNT) specs.was looking on circle g site they offer a alternative injector cant tell but it has a smaller nozzle and i think it is a multi hole nozzle but the housing is different than the ones i have ,lines may bend enough but 50/50...

those are the injectors that are in it but i thought maybe someone had the same experience crossing something over as far as the nozzles ,i have been replacing the whole injectors because i can buy the whole injector as cheap as i can buy nozzles . i have plenty of housings to put the nozzles in...

the t just stands for the tractor version ,same as the rest of the y385s other than rpm and timing ,yes those are the ones i have .out of 8 that i have none of them spray a decent pattern even the new ones are not much better set them popping at 1800 to 2k pounds didn't make a lot of diff.

are there any nozzle replacements that will better atomize the fuel ? thanks

i am having a problem finding a alternate fuel injector for a y385t #zs1s4 the injector nozzles do not atomize fuel as the should ? (New zs1s4 nozzles)

thanks ,guess i was thinking low compared to newer tech.May be why they are so efficient because of the lower fuel pressures , Well we will go with that anyway ,never the less a lot of bang for your buck fuel wise .

was looking at the specs. on a y385t the injector setting says 13.2 mpa +/_0.5 whitch converts to a little over 1900 psi the question is does that sound like enough pressure ,seems low to me 13.2=1914.4 psi are the numbers i am coming up with if i am converting it right ?

thanks ,i will give it a try i have not got back to it this morning but i was thinking earlier. the bolts are bigger than 8mm i think 10mm but the same applies. Just the end torque setting The reason i was thinking 8mm was i was using a 13mm socket on that bolt and the rest for a 13mm socket...

as far as torque specs from the manual they are not any,the bolts are 8mm but i didn't try it torquing all four bolts down to see if it made any diff. with hex nuts instead of being bolted to the tractor i see how just 2 bolts would not pull it down even .

the pump is a CBN-314L at circle g tractor is a picture of it .thanks

cant get any pics right it is at the farm now although it is a factory rotary gear pump the kit was from circle g that consisted of 2(m) seals 2 orings and a shaft seal as far as torque values it starts tighting up from finger tight to snugged down .circle g tractor sells the entire pump but...

may be trying to fix something that is not broken ,put a kit in my hydraulic pump on a y385 and i do not know how tight the pump should be with a new kit in it ,dont want to put it on and smoke it You can turn the pump by hand (shaft side in vice) but feels a bit stiff ?
