Problem solved....Went back out and checked everything I could and discovered the PTO lever was engaged. Positioned it to off and oh my, the old gal cranked right up. Thanks for the replies. :)

Thanks Carl. I'll check all this. All the lights work and the voltage is correct. I guess it could be the safety switches but all worked just fine a few days ago when it did start.
