Hey guys, Man has it been a while since I posted, although I still actively visit the site daily. I thought I might include a few phone camera pics of the L39 and Durabuilt dirtpan in action for those who have an interest in pond excavation. I purchased this tractor new 15 months ago and now...

    B26 to almost M59 - L39 Instead

Traded in B26 for an L39. It was a last minute change from the M59. The $11,000 difference...was the difference. I miss the HST of the B26 but the GST has a lot of pushing and pulling power. For moving sand and digging clay in the 3 acre pond project the difference between the two tractors...

    B26 Skid Plates

Sam Walton, RichT, or anyone else in the know. New B26 to be delivered Friday...a few questions. Is it similar to BX24 with a vulnerable fan or anthing else that can be damaged by heavy forested excavation? Do I need any type of skid plate or protection? Also, how important is water in tires...

    New tractor on the way!

Hello guys, Ordered a new tractor this morning, after months of deliberation and listening to you guys on this forum, I had narrowed my decision to the B26 stripped bare bones except for tooth bar and sealant and possible thumb or the BX24 loaded with grapple, trailer, box scraper. Total price...

    Pull Type Scraper

I am interested in the Hoeschler DB5 (48 inch width) pull type belly dump scraper. Is anyone familiar with this implement...quality? I cannot find information about the price and would a 20 pto hp tractor pull it through sand? This scraper is the type with tires that you can hydraulically dig...

Hello guys...new to board. I live in South Texas...sandy loam type soil with a clay hardpan. I dig a lot of water ways and ponds on my property using rental equipment such as Bobcat 763 skid loader and a Case backhoe (to dig the clay to line the ponds). This clay is as hard as concrete. I am...
