What separates a Sub CUT from a CUT from a Utility? Size I would assume, but take example a IH 140 tractor, which in todays world would be a CUT?

What's the highest hour tractor you have run across? I've seen a few IH 806's in the 9,000 hour range, plus a few Ford's (8000/8600).
