Just to follow up on this. I got the tractor put back together and everything works as it should. Previous fluid aeration problem is gone and MFWD/2WD switch is now working properly. Nice healthy system pressure too at 250 psi.

Now the screen looks like this.

2 hours of back flushing with 6 gallons of diesel yielded this.

I believe it because I did find some sludge in my filter. How to clean it out of this screen in the trans though?

That syphon spray gun might work. There is one 90 bend in the pipe and its a pretty good diameter like 3/4" ID. I thought about running diesel fuel through a pressure washer :) straight into the hole. The large lower left hole is the one I have to go after.

I'm headed to see a Trans Mule and just wondered if I can squeeze it in the back of a 3/4 ton Chevy Pickup w/ 8" fleetside bed. The mule is listed at 57.5" wide while the truck bed measures 59". Has anyone done it??? Also, this is a one time deal.
