    Branson 4520 rescue project!

I bought my 4520 new so I have all the original manuals. The service manual has some wiring diagrams and electrical troubleshooting help. I'm not sure it's specific to the Yanmar engine or not.

2003 Branson 4520 loader joystick rubber boot

The boot itself was 16.71 but with shipping and taxes the total ended up 42.12. The boot is on my tractor and I'll get a picture Monday or Tuesday. This boot is for the 2004 and older loader joysticks.

2003 Branson 4520 loader joystick rubber boot

Branson did a sub to M5625-31010 for the loader joystick rubber boot for the 2004 and earlier tractors and that part fits poorly on the earlier loader joysticks. Any interest in getting some of the correct parts? I've found a supplier but shipping makes buying 1 kinda pricey. I ordered one to be...

4520 stuck in 3rd gear 2003 tractor with 866 hours

At the end of baling 750 small squares I backed up to the last hay rack to move it to the barn and I couldn't shift out of third gear. The range selector worked normal along with forward and reverse. No funny sounds, just stuck it third, if it happened baling it would have made it impossible...

    Much Kudos to DAVESTRACTOR

My local Branson dealer is great. He is new to Branson being a dealer for about a year so he isn't familiar with my 'old' 2003 4520. When I asked him about the power steering tank failures he knew it was a possible issue but never sold a tractor with the tank so didn't have all the details...

Blew the left side power steering hose on my Branson 4520

I reread my post and I want to add A) I'm sorry this is so long B) I really like my tractor. C) The service has been great till this. D) I was supposed to dig the trench for the electric service and do several loader/backhoe jobs at the same site this weekend but lost those jobs. E) I'm a bit...

    Rear wheel rim torque

I have a 2003 Branson 4520 and from about 40 hours it has made a 'ping' coming from the rear end of the tractor. It only does it under heavy loader work when changing directions. Has anyone ever actually figured out what it is? I now have 140 hours on it and the noise is still there. I...

    Goose Neck trailer pulling

I ran a search under trailering and didn't find anything about goose neck trailering. So... First the basic info: My Ford pickup manual states GCWR of 13,500 lbs with a max trailer weight of 8,400 lbs. The truck weighs 5,160 lbs as measured at the local scale. The question is how unsafe is...

Price Check  Price of Ag Tires on Rims

I bought my 4520 Branson Tractor with R4 tires and now wish I had more traction. Has anyone ever bought a set of R1 Ag tires and rims separate from the tractor purchase and how much did it cost? Can the dealers on this site at least give me a retail price? Brad

Tires  Ag tires with a loader

Hi, Anyone have info on how the AG tires hold up under heavy loader use, like moving rocks? It's on a Branson 4520. Right now I have the R4's but I would really like more traction and a little more ground clearance would be nice. Thanks

Branson/Century is KUKJE..well.plus JD and Cummins

I don't know squat about tractors but companies go were the CASH is. Century has and is SELLING units, Branson has and is SELLING units. ANY company is NOT (if they have a brain) going to ignore this. Kukje may be trying to position them self's better for the future and that is not ignoring...

Backhoe  Backhoe for a Branson 4520

Has anyone bought a Branson Backhoe for their 20 series tractors? How do you like it? I would be using it to trench in about 400 feet of water and electric line, dig 20 holes for the concrete pads for the pole bases of a pole building, remove or at least dig around to remove the 20 or so rocks...
