Assuming they are attached to the front of a Toolcat, what are the relative merits of snowblower and snowplow? I noticed that some owners have both. I have a SB-200 snowblower and it useless with very wet snow. It does not seem to be the right tool for 2" or so of snow.

I feel dumb. Should have checked out the snowblower before the first 10 inch dump of the season. Simply put it, it does not work at all.
With the engine off, I could spin both screw and impeller by hand. Hooked it up and started the engine, 1200 rpm. Nothing spins and no chute adjustments...
Not familiar with this type of valve. It seems to turn 1/4 turn CCW and click into what I assume is the OPEN position. Is that right? Don't want to break it by turning it further.
So with the valve "open", nothing comes out of the horizontal 3/8" hole. I remembered to remove the fill cap...
My Toolcat is a model C. 2006 190 hours.
1. Hydraulic fluid change interval. The maintenance manual says first fluid change is at 500 hours ***OR EVERY 12 MONTHS***. So even though I have only 190 hours, I have maybe 36 months on the original fluid. So I guess I should change the fluid now...
