Have you tried looking at Messicks? I looked around their site but I'm not finding it in the diagrams listed. Maybe you'll have better luck than I if you have not tried yet. Tom...

Jubilee with Functioning Lift But Unable to Lift

The lift arms wont drop with me on them engine off, even trying to bounce a little they seem pretty resistant to dropping down any. Overnight, they will leak down with just the drawbar on it. Thanks for replying. tom

Jubilee TSC 428 Marvel Schebler Choke plate

I agree, that flapper should open towards the carb venturi side and like the Jubilee, spring is missing. I've replaced that spring on the Jubilee and will fix the 2000 the same.

Jubilee with Functioning Lift But Unable to Lift

Finally, the left side. Anyway, my thinking is that with the lift functioning up and down as it should that the problem is not in the top plate but with the pump itself. It has to have prime since it moves...correct? I have not run the tractor with the side cover off to see if any leaks are...

Jubilee with Functioning Lift But Unable to Lift

As the title says, my dad's Jubilee's lift works up and down with the lever as it should, no shaking stopping or hesitations. However, I only have a draw bar and welded receiver hitch on the 3 pt and that's about all it can raise. If I hop on the the drawbar attachment, it can't lift my paltry...

Jubilee TSC 428 Marvel Schebler Choke plate

Well, I have narrowed down the problem to the Marvel Schebler TSX428 bowl. I literally rebuilt the carb replacing one part at a time and trying on the tractor hoping to pin point the issue. Nothing helped with the only runs on choke issue until I got the idea of putting the carb from his super...

Jubilee TSC 428 Marvel Schebler Choke plate

Got back to it and forced the choke plate out of the slit, slightly bent but flattened it back out. Installed the choke shaft return spring and temporarily put the choke plate on the shaft which I did from the air cleaner side. I'm hoping this is the correct way to do it. I have the carb kit...

Jubilee TSC 428 Marvel Schebler Choke plate

Ok, one more video that shows choke plate being inserted from the air cleaner side which to me makes more sense as there just isn't enough space to insert plate from bowl side. I may have to ruin the choke plate on there now in order to get it out but I think I'll pay up for the premium Steiner...

Jubilee TSC 428 Marvel Schebler Choke plate

This video was interesting in that the butterfly goes into the choke shaft slit just backwards of how the one on this jubilee is. I have to pulll the choke plat out towards the bowl where this one is going in from the air cleaner side.

Jubilee TSC 428 Marvel Schebler Choke plate

Thanks for reply. No problem with seeing the slit and sliding the plate out but it gets to a point where it just wont go any further back as it's hitting the sides of carb and there's just a little more plate that has not cleared the slit if that makes sense. I tried turning shaft so plate is...

Jubilee TSC 428 Marvel Schebler Choke plate

My dad picked up a Jubilee several years ago, drove from the auction and parked it in my yard. I've done a few things over the years to keep it running but it had a 3pt lift that functions up and down but will not lift my miniscule 230lbs. So it hasn't done anything and his health has been going...

    Cleaning lawn of branches

Oh and I pull mine with a regular style riding mower, I've used a honda Big Red 3 wheeler as well so if you dont have a smaller piece of equipment to pull it that may be a trade off also.

    Cleaning lawn of branches

Mine is a Craftsman 42" but is 20+ years old so I dont know if there are models based on it still or not. I was looking at an Ohio Steele one a year ago or so that looked well made(IMO). I haven't checked reviews but will when I get another. I think height adjustability is key and how much...

    Cleaning lawn of branches

The widely branching stick wont clog it, it actually helps it to get picked up as it has more surface area to grab. You dont know me from Adam so you don't have much to put faith in except my experience. You will be impressed with the results and at such a small price. You can adjust the height...

    Cleaning lawn of branches

This pile was started roughly 8 years ago and the last 3-4 years has been added to very little with most of what's picked up being hauled to a fill spot on my dad's property. Roughly 30 ft long with one end about 6' high and low end 3 '. I would say 90% of it was picked up by the lawn sweeper...

    Cleaning lawn of branches

@WinterDeere the post by @GeneV has your answer IMO. I've lived in the same house the last 23 years with at one time over 50 pine trees. Bought a Craftsman sweeper that I've used for 22 years and it does more work than any kid you're ever gonna know and will pick up sticks, cones, twigs, leaves...

    Comer LF-135A Rotary Mower Gearbox

    Murray Mower Repower

I've had a project waiting under the barn and getting to it now. Tecumseh 13hp exploded years ago. Recently picked up a 15.5hp Briggs for $100 off craigslist. Its bolted up with belts on and will work out the muffler issues later. Murray's electrical wiring still intact and have the wiring...

    Household Well Water Pump Troubles

    Large Shed Move

Have been working with a guy to take a shed off his hands. I'ts 12wx24Lx12'8"H. Too long & heavy for my dad's 16ft trailer, so the only guy around that could do it needs me to remove the roof. Will have to cut out the apex of the truss as well to lower it. I'm hoping to just remove the...

New Holland T2410 rear work light

Decided just to use a simple bracket attachment rather than buying the bracket sold for the tractor. Not much to look at but hopefully it'll do. All connections soldered, taped and shrinktubed. Wired into lines made for worklight. Think I'll get one for other side too, may go with a high mount...

    Drilling Stone for Fireplace Mantle

I have a large piece of red oak I cut on an alaskan mill with the intentions of putting up a mantle. It's massive now and will still be massive by the time it's cut down to about 7 1/2 ft by about 16 in wide. It's 3" thick. The idea is to drill the stones to mount some anchors or do large...

Have a small 800 sq. foot house which the roof comes out to about 10 sq. Pretty straight fwd gable roof, no hips or valleys, no dormers, no skylights, no chimney. Hydraulic Splitter from Tractor Remote

    Grapple  Grapple Rake prices

Was quoted $2150 for Markham's 66 or 75" grapple rake and forks/frame delivered. I didn't verify but I assume this does not include hookup hydraulics. I have two rear remotes which I would uitilize to run the grapple. I'm sure this would pay for itself in a year but wondered if anyone knew of...

Curious if Many Folks are Financing tractors

Just was wondering about how common or not that people are financing some new machines now or even used ones. The 3 I own, were used ones when bought, I paid cash.
