These would have to be the best 2 implements I ever bought, PH Auger and forks. That leak looks to be on the outside of the seal and not on the shaft.Even a big slurp of Lucas stop leak won't fix this one.

it should have on the column, N-R which is down and 2 forward, 1 is the first notch and second is all the way forward. then you have 3 ranges I,II and III down to your right. that gives 3 reverse and 6 forward gears.mine also has powershft stickers on it.
