    What is it?

This is off of my 850 Ford. Had to remove it to attach the Backhoe sub-frame. Was under the axle and bolted through the loader frame. The threaded stud is 5/8".

Installing a New Holland backhoe on a Ford 850

Today we had some beautiful weather so I made the sub-frame for the hoe. Had some 2" x 4" tube on hand so that is what was used. This modification made a huge difference and the hoe to tractor attachment is much more solid. The top link is next and then I should be done except for some needed...

Installing a New Holland backhoe on a Ford 850

Back to getting some work done on the hoe project today. There is no room under the operators platform for a hydraulic tank so a friend donated a tank off of an old Farmhand loader frame. This will be mounted to the loader frame on the tractor. Not the best solution but space was limited and the...

Installing a New Holland backhoe on a Ford 850

I was looking over your photos again and am wondering if your 3 point lower arms are still attached to the hoe? Is your lower frame coming back from the axles angle iron (size?) or square tube? I now have a PTO pump and a Farmhand oil tank from an F10 loader. I also plan on using the suction...

Installing a New Holland backhoe on a Ford 850

Here is what I have to hook onto. Looks like an excellent spot for it. The frame will extend forward of this point and attach there also. I can tell you one thing for sure, the tractor sure steers nice with the backhoe hanging on there now.

Installing a New Holland backhoe on a Ford 850

Couple of weeks ago I purchased a New Holland 757C backhoe and installed it on the Fordson Dexta. It has become apparent after using this combination for a few hours that the Ford 850 with the loader might be a better home for the hoe. I plan on using a PTO pump to run the hoe and would like the...

I need your help with my project please

I'm about 2/3rds done installing a Kubota Z620 (runs nice) into a Bolens Duratrac GT2000. What I need is a good used regulator for the Dynamo. I believe any of the 4 wire dynamo regulators will work. If you have upgraded your charging system or just have a good regulator you would be interested...

    Z620 crankshaft splines?

Quick rehash,I'm installing a 2cyl.kubota Z620 diesel into a Bolens GT2000. I'm to the point where I need to connect the engine to the Hydro drive shaft. My crankshaft splines appear to be 18mm X 22 splines. Do any of you know what would fit on these splines? The Kubota dealer wasn't able to...

    Kubota Z620 Oddity

I just purchased a Kubota Z620 from Japan to install in a Garden tractor. The engine appears to be in good condition and I'm setting it up for a test run. One odd thing about this engine is that it has NO thermostat or water pump. Just the upper radiator hose connection. I know the old John...
