real novice....please forgive and thank for your patience. 70's ford tractor running ok....tried to start in cold weather...had to jump start...pulled it in the barn...charged the battery...turned the key...thought I saw a puff of smoke near the pos terminal....got nothing....lights...

My bride filled our bx2230 with gas by mistake (my fault as I put gas in the diesel can...i deserve a kick in the *****) I just siphoned the fuel and will change the filter next. Do I need to change the oil and oil filter too? Any other suggestions will be appreciated. AHHHHRRRGGG!!!

No BS...I have a compact bx2230 for some smaller chores and I was getting her ready for the winter. I set the owners manual aside and a freakin goat ate it. Any suggestions on getting a copy...the dealer claims they are 40 Bucks
