i have the 3 gears and wished i had the 5 gear with reverse so if i cant find the 5 speed gear axle, is there a gear you can swap out to go faster

this is the sears tractor i have was wondering what it takes to plow the snow.. i need to find a snow scoop, but whats size rims can i get for these tractors for bigger tires?? and i'm sure you cant put any bigger size tires on the stock rims right? i've seen weights you can get but not sure...
