Runner, I do believe you found it! Thanks! Not sure what I will do with it, as my Toro Workman typically just do hauling and riding me around the neighborhood. Not really obvious but there are small spring loaded pins in the last drag section. The front part appears to smooth the sand and then the springs pull the trash or twigs out? David from jax- sandman2234

This came with some Toro Workman junk we purchased. Pretty sure it was pulled but a Toro Workman with a light duty 3 point hitch. Probably for smoothing sand traps or such? David from jax- sandman2234
