CK3510HST PTO Lever Disengages Itself

Has anyone come across a PTO lever that engages but if tension is not left on the lever pushing it forward it will move/vibrate itself back to disengaged? Just started having this problem after about 25 hours of use.

Get that checked. Tractor is still under warrenty

Dealer said my serial matched a recall that was for PTOs that would not engage. They picked it up and replaced the PTO shaft (not 100% sure what all was replaced) and I was able to use the rotary cutter for about 3 hours so far with no issues. Not sure how wide spread the issue may be but it was certainly covered under the warrenty. Thank you.
