My TC48DA has a problem with the 3PT dropping when the engine is turned off and when the engine is running it pulsates some. When the hydraulic oil gets hot it will get to where it won't lift by brush hog even with the engine running at the RPMs at the mark for the 540 RPM PTO. I'm wondering...
