belarus 510

I have a Belarus 510. Went to use it the other day and couldn't shift it into gear. It just grinds like the clutch doesn't disengage. I adjusted the clutch linkage and clutch to spec and it still grinds. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you. Shawn
